- All payments made to Purnima Infosys are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Refunds are considered only under specific conditions mentioned in this policy.
- Any refund approval is at the sole discretion of Purnima Infosys.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Payment made by mistake (duplicate transaction)
- Service not initiated after payment due to fault from our side
- Technical issues preventing service delivery where no resolution is possible
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed or partially completed services
- Customized software or website development projects
- Domain registration, hosting, server setup, or renewals
- Digital marketing, SEO, or advertising services
- Third-party tools, licenses, or subscriptions
- Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or missing inputs
4. Project-Based Services
- Advance payments or milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started
- If a project is cancelled by the client, no refund will be issued for work already completed
- Any completed work remains the intellectual property of Purnima Infosys until full payment is made
5. Subscription & Recurring Payments
- Subscription services are billed in advance
- No refunds for unused time after cancellation
- Clients must cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence
- Any associated costs due to chargebacks may be recovered from the client
8. Changes to Refund Policy
Purnima Infosys reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
